Putty sessions are collapsed at startup #106

I don't know if this is a feature or not but I would like to save Layout with 
Expanded sessions because it is a little bit "boring" to expand it every time I 
run the program. Thank you.

There's an Expand All menu item on the folders now.

Added a user preference for this as there was an issue to do the opposite.
