Add close button or drop down menu to file transfer window #110

Currently the only way to close a file transfer window is to use middle-click 
on the tab. Either there should be a close button next to the refresh button or 
those tabs should also have a drop down menu like Putty tabs. I would prefer 
the drop down menu and complete removal of the tool bar so that file transfer 
windows have the same look-and-feel as Putty windows.

you can close it from the cancel button in the top right of the tab bar.

I'll add a context menu too though.

Sorry, I forgot about the cancel button in the top right corner. I never use it 
b/c it's too far away from the tabs themselves on a big screen.
