Intermittent exception in file transfer window #111

When I open I file session I intermittently (but very often) get an exception.
I will upload a screenshot which sadly is in german. In english the exception
would be something like "The enumeration has changed. The enumeration operation
possibly cannot be performed."

Mostly this happens after opening a file transfer session, closing it and again
opening a file transfer session with the same or another host.

The log output looks like this:
2012-05-21 14:28:12,598 INFO SuperPuTTY - Opening scp session,
id=ProPlan/Mestemacher/meppprod
2012-05-21 14:28:12,598 INFO Program - Started new File Transfer
Session for meppprod
2012-05-21 14:28:12,614 INFO Program - Request directory listing
for 'meppprod/.'
2012-05-21 14:28:12,614 INFO Program - Sending Command:
'C:\Utils\putty\PSCP.EXE -ls -load "Mestemacher PP" -pw *** -P 22
ppprod@meppprod:.'
2012-05-21 14:28:12,645 DEBUG SuperPuTTY - STATUS: Opened session:
ProPlan/Mestemacher/meppprod [SCP]
2012-05-21 14:28:13,848 INFO Program - Process Exited: 0
2012-05-21 14:28:18,676 ERROR Program - Application_ThreadException

Another issue: The password should not be output in the log message. Otherwise
the password field in the login dialog could just as well show the entered text
instead of *.

I can't reproduce this (probably need a large file tree) but I put in a
potential workaround in 1.4.
