Seems like the SVN read-only shows ver 1.0.0.0

I had planned on helping out with some additions like
1. customisable icons for each
2. Fix SFTP window to have right click context menu to close/duplicate etc.
3. Save the folder menus states whether they are collapsed or expanded (setting 
to auto collapse,expand or remember state).
4. etc.

but by the looks of it, it's become closed source since the latest beta is 
newer than then trunk.

Source should be fully accessible.
