Context menu remains partly visible when invoking "Change Settings" #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Invoke Right-Click -> "Change Settings" on a Putty tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The context menu should disappear. Instead the upper part remains visible until 
the Window "Kitty reconfiguration" is closed (see attached screenshot).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty-1.2.0.11 with Kitty on XP
