Change of option "Restore Window Size and Location" is only recognized after restart #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Initial state of option: Unchecked
Initial state of main window: Not maximized
1. Check option "Restore Window Size and Location"
2. Maximize main window
3. Exit SP
4. Start SP again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Main window should be maximized after restarting SP. Instead it is not
maximized and has the same size as before it was maximized.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty-v1.2.0.12

Please provide any additional information below.
After again maximizing the window and restarting SP the main window then is
initially maximized as would be expected. This is only an example, it of course
also happens with other combinations of checking/unchecking the option and
changing window size and/or state.

Forget about everything I wrote after "Please provide any additional
information below."
In the scenario I described in "What steps will reproduce the problem?" only
maximizing the main window is never enough to get SuperPutty to "remember" that
the window should be maximized. One has first to resize the not maximized
window and then to maximize it. Only then SP is initially started maximized on
the next run. After one has used that workaround everything works fine until
one again unchecks the option and later checks it again.

BTW: I am using XP.
