Cant access menu or close windows when putty session is open

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open multiple putty session in supperputty
2. keep some sessions with entering passwords.
3. try to access menus, they are not accessible in some of sessions. 
 also you cant close main windows. unless n until you closed all sessions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
can access menu or closed all windows once.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
superputty pre3(v1.0.0.0) windows xp, putty 0.6, .net 3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

SuperPutty has been forked at github and a forum has been setup at 
http://superputty.vanillaforums.com/.  Give the latest build a try and see if 
you have the same issues. If you do, leave a post in the forums. Seems that 
some other developers are giving a hand with different features/bug fixes.
