The entry "Default Settings" appears twice in combo box "PuTTY Session Profile" 
of dialog "Edit Session".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty-v1.2.0.12

Please provide any additional information below.
Was not the case before 1.2.0.12

added code to check for the "Default Settings" profile and only add it if it's 
missing
