Can't drag folders around the sessions tree #143

I accidentally created folder in a folder. Now I can't move it around. Can this 
be fixed/implemented.

You can use "File / Edit Sessions in Notepad". The file structure is quite 
simple. After editing the file you have to restart SP or use "File / Reload 
Sessions".

My patch that allows editing of icons also allows drag/drop of folders. it 
still in fine tuning but does work. only thing not happy about the treeview 
design is that the folders are dynamic and have no properties for them, so I 
can't assign icons to folders .. but besides that, the dragging/moving works.
Reason I patched it was due to the Import Session folder is created when you 
import from putty or some other import and i wanted to remove it but couldn't 
drag the folders out.
look up my patch on Issues.

Please find attach the path to move folders around.
Have done some smarts testing to ensure things like Putty root isn't trying to 
move into a child path and a folder into the parents folder which it's already 
a child of, etc.
This took me a couple of hours to figure out so please test but I think it's ok.
