Filemanager never gets remote files when username is specified in session preference #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new session with a username specified for a host with no
private key
2. Try connecting with file transfer to remote host

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File Panel should show login dialog since there is no private key or
password being used

The login dialog will now show, however if an invalid password is entered it 
doesn't
re-prompt for authentication information (usability)

Fixed in r5
