TAB to cycle through open terminal windows #31

I suggest adding this feature, which is also missing from Putty Connection
Manager: With multiple open terminal windows, it'd be nice to be able to cycle
through them and avoid having to reach for the mouse.

Looks like this will require intercepting keystrokes before they get to the
hosted putty window. Possible, requires writing essentially a key logger.

I would also be nice to have the possibility to close a tab with a keyboard
shortcut (e.g. ALT-C).

This may duplicate issue 8
(http://code.google.com/p/superputty/issues/detail?id=8). I don't know how to
merge them are mark them as such in google code.
