Closing Toolwindow (e.g. LogViewer) will cause the focus putty to disappear #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open putty sessions
2.  Open Log Viewer
3.  Close LogViewer window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

LogViewer closes and putty sessions resize

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

issue maybe conflict with windows manager (power desk).

can not reproduce on win7
