What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching the app in all cases

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Presented with the modal exception window instead of seeing the application 
launch

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SuperPutty-v1.1.0.0_20120410
Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Same issue (and system) for me, with *20120410.zip and *20120408.zip, not with 
*20120404.zip.
