New to SuperPutty

I am new to SuperPutty, trying it instead of PuttyCM. When I create a session 
and open a tabbed entry appears in SuperPutty but it opens an external putty 
session. I am using Windows 7 64 Bit.

I've seen this happen but usually during minimize, maximize situations.  I dev 
on win7 64 so I don't think that's the issue.

Can you try this?
- when the window is floating outside, try double clicking the tab in super 
putty to float the window and double click again to redock it.

Also, can you attach the super putty log?  It should be in %TEMP%.

And which version of putty are you using?  I'm using the latest puttycyg.  Can 
you try with that and see if the problem is reproducible?

Issue 20 has a code change work around...will give it a shot later.
