Toolbar for starting new connections #60

A toolbar allowing to start new sessions would be very useful.
In the toolbar, the user could specify an IP address, the type of protocol and 
maybe a putty session to use as configuration (similar to what putty connection 
manager has). This would speedup a lot creating connections to different 
servers, without creating a specific putty connection.
