Ability to pass extra command line arguments to PuTTY #87

I use this feature of PuTTY Connection Manager quite heavily. I attach a simple 
patch to implement it in SuperPutty. I hope you can adopt it or something 
similar.

I've added an extra text box in dlgEditSession and jiggled other fields about a 
litttle so they align. Also regularised the spelling of PuTTY in the dialog.

It means of course that people can use the -pw option to pass a password to 
PuTTY is they want, although I don't use it for that.

Thanks, I works with Super putty but the issue is Super putty or PCM will 
trouble us when you try to edit a file in Vi.
