Should remember pinned/unpinned status of Sessions and Layouts windows #89

I like to leave the Sessions and Layouts windows unpinned and only call them up 
when needed.  However, this is not being remembered between sessions.  Request 
these be either remembered or added as a setting.

Layouts will remember the last state of pinned windows.

I'm planning on implementing a layout that you can set as default that will 
restore the state of whatever was open last.
