Is your data currently in a usable format? Do your column names have spaces? Do you need to combine datasets in any way? If so, what column has the same data in it that you can use as a bridge? Are any of your variables incredibly highly correlated (.9 or higher)?

we need to choose only rows of data with years 2012, 2015 and 2018
