Add PushBullet.dismissEphemeral() #37

Self explanatory; allows you to dismiss pushed notifications

(also I'm kind of getting active on my project for getting a working pushbullet client for GNOME, don't be surprised if you get a lot more pull requests ;)

Awesome, I have been tempted to do a bit of a refactor on this library. I haven't done much work on it in a while. If you're interested, perhaps we could work on this together? If you're on IRC, hit me up :)
