User Option, brackets.

Give the option to choose the brackets used for the tooltip for currency requirements.

• [ ] Create 4 check boxes.
• [ ] Each CheckBox has a specific value. {"( )", "[ ]", "{ }", none}
• [ ] DeSelect other 3 checkboxes, when one is clicked.
• [ ] Save state of checkboxes (and which brackets are used) across logins.
