FR P3 Media on Demand (partially completed) #28

(Added) MOD is a new tab idea that would replace VOD and Audio. The categories in VOD and Audio (Not added) are virtually identical and are difficult for users to navigate. Also there is no such thing as an Audio tab in tv.jw.org for ASL so a merged version of the 2 may be more suitable.

P4 MOD would include a search feature (likely only function with latin characters/languages) that would be able to turn on or off various categories to search through. Exp. I know I am looking for "Listen obey and be blessed" so I only search in songs. Exp. I know I am not looking for music or a monthly broadcast so I toggle off those category results.

MOD would bring you to a series of images (based on locale) that gives context other than the title. Once selected a subcategory such as music it would bring you to another page that would provide media meta data such as descriptions and/or length of video.

P4 Implement 'Play All' and 'Shuffle' controls for Sing to Jehovah and Kingdom Melodies.

Closing some other issues because this solves them once completed.

Improvements to make: (Fixed but need to apply a global fix to rootController.swift to prevent like issues.) Title appears as item in english because of an update problem (language does not change if in current language and initial language state is "E" (english). This is a larger problem that needs correction. (No longer needed?) View controller does not always follow the tab bars bottom position. (could be a focus issue?)

Subcategories: (Added.)Add a parallax effect so that the background category image moves as you scroll down.(later to be decided.) (added) Add live previews to MOD. (fixed) 3 Titles need to be displayed and 2 collection views when fully scrolled. (fixed) Collection view titles need to be spaced away from the left. (Added counter scrolling effect) Collection view titles move when scrolling through them. (Changed and moved.)Top title too big. (fixed) "JW Broadcasting-" does not always get removed.
