Support for Kaliel's Tracker currently does not exist and attach to the quest list while Kaliel's is active properly as it would with the vanilla quest list. Pet Tracker's section has support for Kaliel's and could be used as a good example of how to support it.
Solution
Contact Kaliel's Tracker's maintainer to request addon support toggle on their end + APR needs to add support for Kaliel's on our end.
Alternative solutions
Could potentially handle support by ourselves, but might not be as ideal.
