[FEATURE] - Add state exporter for support/issue #248

Add a state reporter to extract :

current APR version
current route
current step ID
current step questID
current mapId (coord + mapID -> UnitPosition("player")
all of addons enable/disable (for conflits)
player data (name, lvl, class, ...)
...

Add command to open a edit box (use QuestionPopUp to do that) with all the wanted info
Add a button in setting to open the edit box (call the same function as the command)
Update the github bug template to ask the state report
