Not quite prepared to call this one a bug but definitely worth throwing in an improvement for.

I tend to forget about these small ones when doing some "fine tuning" so just here as a reminder

Just double checked.

Siege tank (Kul'tiras) does have siege damage. I incorrectly assumed "Assault tank" (goblins) was called siege tank as everyone calls it goblin siege. Alternatively, the bipedal star-wars looking ones (siege walker) do not have siege either.

@Technopig1992 can maybe take to a discord chat in how we might wanna proceed with these.
