C'thun - Skeram - Add arcane explosion ability #3124

In WoW, has an arcane explosion ability which would fit better than carrion beetles currently. This could be done with a modified thunder clap ability (and maybe an additional effect, along with a cool animation). Arcane explosion could fit some other heroes as well and is fairly iconic, so making an ability like that will be beneficial

Additionally, Skeram potentially should be an agility hero?

Don't forget the Arcane Explosion spell must be mechanically distinct from Thunder Clap, or it must be called and iconed Thunder Clap.
