Generate mottos #155

I t would be so nice to be able to generate a mottos from the arms, maybe even using keywords to associate some mottos with the imagery in the arms, though a random motto unconnected to anything would be a good first step. The user should be able to edit these, of course. I have a database of mottos that might be a good starting place. Seems like it would be pretty easy to implement and add more depth to the platform.
