Describe the bug

Labels of locked states get placed on wrong states when states get regenerated.

The labels can not be fixed with a click on label regeneration.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

State labels being positioned within state borders.

Yes it works now. Thanks. Regenerating states with only one unlocked also fixed my broken existing map.
