Generated Burgs Don't Exist on Map #1105

Describe the bug Some of the autogenerated burgs don't seem to actually exist on the map. When I click on the "zoom into view" button, it sometimes brings me to areas of the ocean. Other times it brings me to a location within the state that doesn't have the burg labeled. For the currently attached map, Bayvar > Korbey (highest population for the state) brings me to another state entirely & the burg isn't there. Beyvar > Balma does exist in the map, but clicking on the "zoom into view" brings me to whole other place on the map than where the Burg is.

I have regenerated Burgs multiple times (as well as routes, cultures, religions, population, and provinces) and the issue has persisted. It also persists when generating a whole new random map.

If it is relevant, the attached map is one that was uploaded to fantasy map generator & further edited within the generator.

Edited to remove screenshots that weren't useful & remove unhelpful use case

Fixed. Burgs were there, but zoom function was working incorrectly on too big maps.
