Cannot Save Map #1107

Loaded map from May 7 2024. Using downloadable/app version of the Generator (On desktop). Created/Deleted/Edited borders for states, zones, renamed burgs and changed their populations, added and edited markers. Cannot save map to machine. Error pops up instead. Different errors pop up when retrying.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Loaded the save from 05/07/2024
  2. Unpinned all nations (reveal entire map)
  3. Added state and edited borders
  4. Deleted zone
  5. Deleted state
  6. Renamed burg
  7. Changed burg population manually
  8. Added markers
  9. Attempted to save to machine.

Expected behavior After clicking save to machine, I expected the .map file to appear in the downloads section in the top right of the map generator window.

Hello. Please clean up the cache, you have an old version of the file.

PS. Desktop version is also a browser (Chromium), you can clear the cache there as well

I ended up closing the window and reopening the map generator. Reloaded the map, made the same edits, and successfully saved. Didn't end up trying to clear any caches, but it all worked out in the end. Thank you!
