Description

This is an idea to customize rulers.

It has a show/hide ruler labels.
It has an "initial lenght of ruler" parameter. Big rulers annoy me and i don't like them. This parameter fix that.
It can change the linewidth of rulers.
It can change the colors of rulers.

Version not changed yet. We could rethink this. So meawhile, i didn't change version.
