Optimise parameters based on fisher information #15

Should try to optimise sigma and other parameters using the Fisher information

Use the FI as a constraint (with experimental data) on either kappa or sigma.

Then optimise the other one freely, or at least get a curve of power law fit to experimental memory curve.
