WOTLK - Altoholic Skin doesn't load even though enabled in version 4.63 and later #147

Even though AddonSkins shows that Altoholic should be skinned, in WOTLK version 4.63 and later the skin isn't applied.

Altoholic skin still doesn't load in v4.66
