Used in Dolphin

The intention is to do this after v0.70 Final.

Could this also enable surround sound? As stated in my other comment, it works in dolphin. Almost every emulator out there seems to use your plugin and none of them can output surround sound. Would be so cool to finally be able to play n64 with it.

Dolphin uses FreeSurround to demux and sets up the channels with Cubeb. Discussed in #9

Ah, is that very complicated? I know demand is low, cause nobody knows/believes n64 can do surround sound, but this should be added.
