Update Clover to 5100 #13

Add Chinese README. Update config.plist to optimize clover startup UI. Update AppleALC to 1.4.4. Remove CodecCommander. Update HibernationFixup to 1.3.1. Update Lilu to 1.4.0. Update NoTouchID to 1.0.3. Update RTCMemoryFixup to 1.0.4. Update RtWlanU & RtWlanU1827 to V11. Update VirtualSMC to 1.0.9. Remove SMCLightSensor. Remove SMCBatteryManager. Add ACPIBatteryManager. Update VoodooI2C to 2.2 and remove some useless plugins. Update WhateverGreen to 1.3.5. Fix shutdown = restart. Add SystemProfilerMemoryFixup. Remove useless drivers. Update Clover to 5100.
