Fixed header in shop pages #9

For a better usability, the header, which contains the cart, should be always visible on shop pages. On the blog, it can be static at the top of the pages.

I think it should also be static in Product pages for better readablility. @GerkinDev

Beware the words you use. static, talking about css styling, is the exact opposite of what you mean. It should already be the case, or you just have to configure a little thing in the router
