pdb_seq.py does not pic up residue from Seleno Methionine entry #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If the PDB file contains an entry with Seleno Methionine instead of a standard
Methionine the pdb_seq.py -a doesn't pick it up. MSE is usually mentioned as an
HETATM instead of an ATOM. DSSP does pic it up and puts X in the sequence. It
will be very useful if the pdb_seq.py can also do the same.

Change has been made. Sorry for the delay. The version in the svn source tree
has the correction; I'm going to do another release soon that will incorporate
the updated source code.
