Thank you for this mod. I've only recently discovered it, but I like the things it adds to the world. I don't believe this has been reported in the issue tracker. If this is a duplicate, I apologize.
There seems to be an incompatibility between bluepower and terraincognita that breaks JEI. It is very easy to reproduce:
Create a new 1.16.5 minecraft instance
install latest forge (36.2.39 or 36.2.34 - latest starred)
add latest terraincognita and dependency (cuneiform-1.16.3-1.2.5.jar, terraincognita-1.16.3-1.7.3.jar). Using cuneiform-1.16.3-1.2.4.jar does not work either.
Start a new world.
Result: JEI does not show up. If either bluepower or terraincognita is taken out, JEI works as expected.
Also, in the config file, setting "Wreaths Enabled" = false does fix the JEI breakage at the cost of the wreaths.
