Move the icons to a cdn instead of discord rpc assets #95

This will allow to add new themes WAY more easily (for now I had to create a new discord app and upload 300+ icons :sob:)

This is done in https://github.com/Azn9/JetBrains-Discord-Integration/tree/feat/online-icons, I just keep the issue open until this has been released
