The missing action's identifier is

"com.apple.shortcuts.RunShortcutIntent".

I believe this is due to iOS 17 using a different Run Shortcut action. Update will be coming soon. I will reply once the shortcut will be updated

Update

I just updated the shortcut to fix these issues. Thank you for making these issue come to light. I have left this GitHub thread open just in case this update doesn’t fix your original issues
