And make it store stuff in the DB. Then we can remove the temp tool that uses the DB and the temp tool that uses the spotify API.

probably blocked on #27

Required to complete:

[ ] turn user spotify client into a request guard rather than app state
[ ] write access tokens to DB
[ ] fetch access tokens from DB
[ ] recreate authcode client from fetched access tokens
