Task type: Enhancement

Objective:

Have a working and balanced stats system. Actually there is a basic one made for testing

Points to take into account:

Units must have stats: Healthpoints, manapoints, energy, hunger, thirst,
Units must have attributes: strength, dexterity, inteligence and charisma.
Default values must be added in the constants
The attributes must impact on stats
