Add connection cleanup when it is returned to the Pool #13

The cleanup must take place just before the connection is pushed back to the Channel. The following needs to take place:

Rollback transactions
Close and drop temporary tables
Unlock tables
Reset session variables
Release locks acquired with GET_LOCK()
Fetch or trash if there is any data or prepared statements (this can happen if the fetch_mode=TRUE)
