Webcam Write Permissions #67

I cannot open the dialog box for webcam settings when I try to configure them. I also don't know how to give permission for the program to write to webcam folder. I'm new to ChronoLapse and don't know how to quiet set it up. I am using a Logitech C270 if that helps.
