Add min height to header bar at chat view #196

Explication

At small phones, the height is reduced more than the content. And all the content is over of the box

How to reproduce:

Enter on dev--azordev-dasher-user.netlify.app/chat/
Reduce the screen height to 300px

Checklist

[ ] The header have min height and look goods
[ ] The back button and the avatar at small vertical screens looks good
[ ] Checked if max height is needed and added if is needed
