Package.json is the file that contains all information about our project, and this file is required at all places. For example: If we have created a library and want upload it to other plataform that not was GitHub, then, for example, the "About" or "Keywords" github section will still be on github, but don't will stay at the new platform.
If someone download our project these GitHub settings is disappearing, because it data is in GitHub and not in the Project
Package.json on the other hand is a file that always is at the project, then this file should content metadata information how: Autor, Contributors, Keywords, and then our project will always have useful information even outside of github
