Create scripts for instantiation and interaction

Scripts to be created:

[x] Full instantiation
[x] Access control queries
[x] Access control writes (whitelist / blacklist)
[x] Same-chain free Article minting (both reader and writer, transferAndCall through CCIP-BnM contract)
[ ] Same-chain paying Article minting (both reader and writer, transferAndCall through CCIP-BnM contract)
[ ] Cross-chain Article minting
[x] User funds query (what's available for withdrawal)
[x] User funds Withdrawal
[x] Writer current article ID query
[x] SetURI
[x] Drip from BnM contract

Also prepare list of addresses for relevant contracts on all chains

Need to set flow for getting the current contracts after instantiation Cross chain minting as well as paying articles minting still to be added Need to verify drip from BnM token is working (drip function not in base ABI)
