Misc fixes

Fixed a lot of random bugs I found. Details are in the commit messages (ignore any that mention weapon wheel - I didn't actually do that).

Highlights

• integrated mana system into heal and all projectileweapons (not sure if any other abilities need it)
• fixed (hopefully) all of the persistent scene + player dependency errors permanently
• bird enemy projectiles having correct starting rotation
