Problem*
Current
next-hardhatrelies on compiling Nargo from a specific Noir commit, which isn't ideal for quick DevEx.Summary*
This PR updates the Noir files and README instructions to use
next-hardhatwith Nargo from the recently pre-released Noir v0.10.1.Both the Node.js test and Next.js workflow are tested to work with the basic example program.
