Added RaidNotificationConfig #1

I am not sure why it has extra spaces that are removing and adding. But this is my first pull request to another branch. Allows people to turn off the extra RaidNotification messages, if they are having problems. I tried to follow your code methodology. -WM

Yeah, that was too much overthinking on my part I guess. No reason to do it per ward. Still figuring out the github pull though.

Awesome. First one
