[SUGGESTION] WZS: New group rank and limiting xp gain on WZS Casual #129

As in title, XP gain should be limited to 10% (or removed at all) on WZS Casual once player reaches lv 99 - this is to encourage players to join WZS Hardmode to have a proper challenge, making WZS Casual levelable from 0 to 99 and WZS Hardmode from 30 to infinite.

New group rank would be called 'Veteran'- a rank that replaces member rank at lv 100 and features a different icon in chat. A player that hasn't reached that level yet would have to gain an entire level on WZS Hardmode to get it,

I don't seek to find a way to punish players by forcing them to play on WZS Hardmode, but my goal is to make WZS Hardmode sort of a MMO's end-game content - reachable when you reach a certain level and offers more than just 'standard' gameplay. Since there is no individual way to tweak gameplay for veterans on WZS Casual. WZS Hardmode exists to fullfill that role. Further updates to that branch will make the mode more enjoyable with greater indepth content as well as greater challenge to players.

WZS Casual refers to no.1/no.2, while WZS Hardmode refers to no.3

My opinion would be to set the limit to 50% gain, not as extreme as 10%. And Veteran rank should be triggered by reaching a certain condition on hard mode such as reaching 2k points in a round once the minimum level is reached. I'd like to hear more opinions though.

Well how about perks and debuffs?

Like how you have to be level 30 to even think of cading (and join HM), after a certain level you give people above that certain level debuffs, nothing extreme, like maybe +5 extra damage taken from certain zombies, but on the hardmode server, it might translate to +5 extra damage to the certain zombies (And I think this seems somewhat fair with how zombies have double and regenerating HP in the hardmode server), and it's not like you're forcing people, since you'd have to be giving them no option, but it's like another option, like they can stay and choose to deal with it all, but if they don't want too, they can try the hardmode server where, yes, it'll be hard (it's in the name), but they're already on their way to getting better at the game. Plus you add a debuff or two every x levels, like maybe start at 40, then 45, 50, and so on.

Also the veteran idea sounds nice (Though ignoring the obvious that someone might just go on when they have 99% xp and get a new level that way, I presume you would have a way around that), but I don't see much incentive but the new icon. Maybe they can have a command like a vote for using nonail and unnail?
